Custom Engraved Work:

At Rekindled Reworx, we take great pride in crafting bespoke items that cater to your client, personal or gift-giving needs. Due to the customized nature of our engraved products, all sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-engraved items. We encourage our customers to double-check all order details (including spelling and design choices) before submitting an order.

Order Accuracy:

We strive to ensure the accuracy of every custom-engraved product. If your order differs from your specifications due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
